Hello again! Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days, things have been pretty busy with summer coming up. I know, excuses, right? No matter how busy you are, you can always have time to make these fantastic overnight oats. I love these oats because they are nutty, chewy, and they are pretty healthy! It’s hard to believe, but you better try to! These aren’t nut-allergy friendly though, and if you aren’t a fan of nuts, you should check out my Strawberry Cheesecake overnight oats or my Cookie Dough overnight oats. However, if you are a fan of walnuts, bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate chips, you keep reading 😉

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup milk (any kind will work)
- pinch cinnamon
- 2 T walnuts chopped into small pieces
- 1 T peanut butter or PB powder
- 1/2-1 sliced banana
- 1-2 T mini chocolate chips
- pinch salt
- This couldn’t be easier. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and pour into a jar. Refrigerate overnight and wake up to some tasty oats!
You can garnish these oats with a dollop of peanut butter, a sprinkle of chocolate chips, and maybe a couple walnuts. Enjoy!
