Tropical Smoothie

The flavors of the tropics blend together in this fruity smoothie. With plenty of room for customization, this smoothie is easy to whip up in just a few minutes, with only 4 ingredients. Healthy, sweet, and refreshing, can you imagine a smoothie such as this inside of a coconut with a little paper umbrella? Or have you heard of those drinks that come in hollowed out pineapples? Whether you hold this smoothie in your hand in the form of a coconut and paper umbrella, staring at a beautiful blue ocean, or you are sipping this from a paper cup on your kitchen counter, you will practically see the sun and smell the breeze as you taste it.

  • 1 cup coconut milk (full fat works best, but you can use what you like)
  • 1/3 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple (or other tropical fruit)
  • 1 large banana
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. This makes a very large smoothie that is easily split between you and a friend, or just you if you are thirsty 🙂
