INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut milk (full fat works best, but you can use what you like)
- 1/3 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple (or other tropical fruit)
- 1 large banana
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. This makes a very large smoothie that is easily split between you and a friend, or just you if you are thirsty 🙂
