3 Ingredient Smoothie

With summer practically here, there is no better time to learn the basics of smoothies. These treats are my favorite breakfast of all time and can be as simple as you need them to be. With your imagination, you can create virtually any smoothie you like. Feeling green? Try whipping up a kale and apple smoothie. Fruity? A triple berry blast smoothie should keep you on your feet. Sweet? Peanut butter chocolate smoothies are perfect in every way.

  • 1/2 cup fruit (blueberries, strawberries, frozen banana coins, apple, mango, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, etc.)
  • 1 cup ice (ice cubes, chunks of frozen water, water that is below 32 degrees fahrenheit, etc.)
  • (optional) add ons such as seeds, nut butters, protein powder, spices, etc.
  1. Blend allllll ingredients together until smooth.
