Plussss it is easily blended up with just a few ingredients and lotsa love. Ready to get started? Let’s go ri- WAIT. Did I apologize yet? I’m sorry for not posting for like, a week. That’s why I wanted to make a super special recipe just for you guys. This smoothie! Now are you ready? I won’t interrupt again… probably.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup cherry vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup frozen cherries, pitted
- 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup milk (any kind will work well)
- 1 T almond butter (optional)
- Simply enough, just blend your ingredients together and then pour, sip, and enjoy!
