CinnaBanilla Protein “Milkshake”

This tasty treat is light, healthy, and resembles a banana milkshake! The texture is not quite as smooth, as ice is a main ingredient. The flavor is spot on though! Another super exciting thing… This is the first post that I have a picture to go with! Ready? Let’s go!

Yum? Right? Don’t bother asking why I used a coffee mug, don’t judge me.


  • 4-6 Ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3-4 drops Sweet Drops vanilla creme liquid stevia
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk (any kind will work)
  1. This couldn’t be any easier, just blend these ingredients together in a blender and tada! A single serving CinnaBanilla “Milkshake”.

I just drink this for a snack, but you can try this for a healthy breakfast, light dessert, or even for a post-workout snack. I hope you love this ❤
