Sometimes, hot chocolate is too rich for my taste. I know it sounds crazy that hot chocolate can be BAD, but it’s true. This easy (SUPER EASY) latte can help to satisfy your hot drink craving, while keeping you under the (300?) calorie budget. I enjoy this whenever I feel snacky, but I am craving something steamy and sweet. If you prefer a certain type of milk over another, feel free to mess around. I used chai for this latte, but you can use any type of tea you like. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 1-2 servings tea (tea bags or loose leaf)
- 1/2-1 T sweetener (honey, sugar, br. sugar, etc.)
- If you prefer a hot latte, heat the milk in the microwave for 20 seconds in a microwave safe container. Steep tea into the 1/2 cup of hot water. After the tea is dark and well-steeped, remove tea bag or loose leaf tea and combine milk, tea, and sweetener.
