No-Yogurt Peanut Butter Cookie Overnight Oats

These creamy overnight oats are going to be the perfect motivation to get up in the morning. If you don’t like any ingredients (other than the oats and milk) feel free to leave it out 🙂 You can also swap some ingredients, such as another milk for the almond milk, chocolate protein powder for the vanilla protein powder, and even white sugar or maple syrup for the brown sugar. Don’t shame me, I’m pretty new to the whole “food photography” thing.


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 T PbFit peanut butter powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 T mini chocolate chips
  • pinch salt
  • 1-2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 packed T brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into a jar. Refrigerate overnight and wake up to a dreamy breakfast.
